Storyline

Write and explore branching narratives.

What is Storyline?

Storyline is a tool for writing interactive stories where readers make choices that affect what happens next. It works like a choose-your-own-adventure book, but digital and collaborative.

You build stories as a graph of connected story points (called nodes). Each node is a moment in your narrative with text content and choices that link to other nodes. Readers navigate by clicking these choices, creating their own unique path through the story.

Stories can be private drafts or published for anyone to read. You can invite others to co-author, allowing multiple writers to contribute different branches or perspectives to the same story.

Current uses range from simple branching stories to complex RPG scenarios. Future features will add variables, conditional logic, and rich media support for even more interactive possibilities.
